Estimates and Pricing

Any price given by phone, text, website, advertisement, or online form is an estimate only unless confirmed in writing after an on-site inspection.

Final pricing depends on the condition of the garage door system, parts required, labor required, safety concerns, door size, spring type, opener type, track condition, cable condition, and any additional repairs needed.

Before performing paid work, our technician will explain the recommended service and provide pricing for approval. By approving the work verbally, by text, in writing, or by allowing the technician to begin, you authorize Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC to complete the service and charge the agreed amount.

Service Calls and Inspections

A service call, inspection, or diagnostic visit may be free, discounted, or waived only if clearly stated in writing and only under the conditions listed in the offer.

If a customer declines the recommended repair, is not present, cancels after technician dispatch, provides an incorrect address, or the issue cannot be accessed safely, a service-call, trip, or diagnostic fee may apply.

“Free service call” offers may be limited to specific service areas, business hours, and completed repairs. It may not apply to after-hours calls, emergency dispatch, long-distance travel, declined estimates, or special circumstances.

Appointment Windows and Arrival Times

We make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled time window. However, arrival times are estimates and may change due to traffic, weather, previous job delays, parts availability, technician availability, or emergency calls.

Any statement such as “same-day service,” “emergency service,” or “we can be there in 30 minutes” is subject to service area, scheduling, technician availability, and conditions at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for providing safe access to the garage, driveway, garage door, opener, electrical outlet, keypad, remotes, and any related equipment.

The customer must remove vehicles, personal belongings, storage items, pets, and obstacles from the work area before service begins. If the technician cannot safely access the work area, the appointment may be rescheduled and a trip fee may apply.

The customer confirms that they are the property owner, authorized tenant, property manager, or authorized person permitted to approve work at the property.

Garage Door Safety

Garage doors, springs, cables, rollers, openers, tracks, and related parts can be dangerous. Torsion springs and extension springs are under high tension and may cause injury or property damage if handled improperly.

Our technicians may recommend additional repairs if they find unsafe, worn, damaged, incorrectly installed, or failing components. If the customer declines recommended safety repairs, Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC is not responsible for future failure, damage, injury, or malfunction related to the declined repair.

Parts, Materials, and Availability

Parts and materials may vary depending on availability, manufacturer, door type, spring size, opener model, and supplier inventory. We may use compatible replacement parts when original manufacturer parts are unavailable or unnecessary.

Special-order parts may require a deposit and may not be refundable once ordered.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the approved service unless another written agreement is made before the work begins.

Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, check, Zelle, or other approved payment methods. A processing fee may apply for certain payment types where allowed by law.

Unpaid balances may be subject to collection efforts, late fees, attorney fees, court costs, and other recovery costs where permitted by law.

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Customers should cancel or reschedule as early as possible.

If a customer cancels after a technician has already been dispatched, misses the appointment, provides the wrong address, or is unavailable when the technician arrives, a trip fee or service-call fee may apply.

Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC may cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, safety concerns, technician availability, parts availability, or circumstances outside our control.

Warranty and Guarantee

Warranty coverage depends on the specific service, parts installed, manufacturer warranty, and written warranty provided on the invoice or estimate.

Warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by misuse, accidents, impact damage, lack of maintenance, customer adjustments, third-party repairs, power issues, weather, water damage, structural movement, damaged tracks, damaged panels, pre-existing conditions, or parts not replaced by Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC.

Warranty is valid only for the original customer and property listed on the invoice unless otherwise stated in writing.

Existing Damage and Pre-Existing Conditions

Garage door systems often contain multiple connected parts. A repair to one part does not guarantee that other old, worn, damaged, or failing parts will not fail later.

Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damage, poor prior installation, worn parts, structural problems, electrical problems, opener failure, panel damage, track damage, or other unrelated issues discovered before, during, or after service.

Promotions, Discounts, and Offers

Any promotion, coupon, discount, “10% off,” or special offer must be mentioned before work begins. Offers cannot be combined unless stated in writing.

Promotions may be limited by service area, service type, minimum job amount, technician availability, date, parts, labor, emergency service, or after-hours service. Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC may change or end promotions at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, lost income, inconvenience, or damage caused by unrelated or pre-existing conditions.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
