Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC stands behind the work we perform and the parts we install. Warranty coverage depends on the specific service completed, the parts installed, manufacturer warranty terms, and the written warranty listed on the customer’s invoice, estimate, or service agreement.

Workmanship Warranty

We may provide a workmanship warranty on qualifying labor performed by our technicians. This warranty applies only to the specific repair or installation completed by Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC.

If a covered workmanship issue occurs within the warranty period listed on the invoice, we will inspect the issue and, if it is related to our original work, make the appropriate correction at no additional labor charge.

Warranty coverage does not apply to unrelated issues, pre-existing problems, normal wear and tear, misuse, customer adjustments, lack of maintenance, or parts that were not replaced by Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC.

Parts Warranty

Parts installed by Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC may be covered by a manufacturer warranty or a company-provided warranty, depending on the part type, supplier, and specific job.

Parts warranty coverage may vary for springs, cables, rollers, drums, bearings, hinges, openers, remotes, keypads, sensors, tracks, panels, and other garage door components.

Any part warranty applies only to the specific part installed and does not automatically cover labor, trip fees, unrelated repairs, or additional parts unless stated in writing on the invoice.

What Is Not Covered

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure caused by accident, impact, vehicle damage, weather, water damage, rust, corrosion, power surges, electrical issues, misuse, customer adjustments, lack of maintenance, third-party repairs, attempted DIY repairs, structural movement, damaged framing, damaged tracks, damaged panels, opener problems unrelated to the repair, or any pre-existing condition.

Garage door systems include many connected parts. Repairing one part does not guarantee that other older, worn, damaged, or failing parts will not fail later.

If our technician recommends additional safety repairs and the customer declines those repairs, Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC is not responsible for future failure, damage, injury, or malfunction related to the declined repair.

Warranty Void Conditions

Warranty may be void if the garage door system is modified, adjusted, repaired, or serviced by another company or person after our work is completed.

Warranty may also be void if the customer uses the garage door after being advised not to use it, ignores safety recommendations, fails to maintain the system, or operates the door with broken, loose, damaged, or unsafe components.

Service After Warranty Inspection

If a customer requests warranty service, we may inspect the original repair. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will correct the covered issue according to the warranty terms.

If the issue is not covered under warranty, or if the problem is unrelated to the original service, a service-call fee, diagnostic fee, labor charge, parts charge, or trip fee may apply.

Warranty Transfer

Warranty coverage applies only to the original customer and the property listed on the invoice unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranty is not transferable to a new owner, tenant, or property.

No Other Guarantees

Except as stated in writing, Same Day Garage Door Repair LLC does not make any additional warranties, guarantees, or promises. All warranty terms must be listed on the invoice, estimate, service agreement, or this policy to apply.
